Took to small children's chairs to be recovered about mid November. Told Broedelet I needed them by Christmas as it was a present for my grandchild...material also given. Numerous delays and excuses ensued. Arranged for collection at 4pm today..2 days to Christmas. No invoice sent despite it being promised. Chairs upholstered in an ugly incorrect fabric. No apologies..just excuses. Only could be rectified in January..basically told to take it or leave it. When I became angry was told just to take my chairs and go.

They don't return phone calls, and did not arrive to quote when we had a firm appointment. I called them when we had waited for an hour and told them not to bother.We are now dealing with Finer Furnishings and having a much better experience.

Thank you Max & your team for a job well done. I did the restoration and team Broedelet did the upholstery for me. It was a birthday gift for my daughter and she's absolutely in love with this chair. I can't wait to finish the rest of my chairs for Team Broedelet to upholster.
