We stayed in the executive" room. It was the size of a spare bedroom; very misleading. Lighting was poor. Access was up 2 flights of narrow stairs with no assistance with luggage. At breakfast we had to move inside as there was a cracked soil pipe with sewage running."

Valley View Guest House
We stayed there from the 06th to 09th of April 2023 and we were satisfied with their service. The two ladies working there, were friendly and wonderful! They must provide their guests with a kitchenette that has a microwave and eating utensils and everything will be fine. The owner, what a wonderful fellow!

The place is not modern but habitable. The atmosphere and culture exhibition is of Italy is the owner is Italian. The rooms have no fridge or facilities to to carry out room service requests. The food is average and nothing special. The outside area is out of this world, clean and refreshing.

Already disappointed just at arrival, we traveled hours from Bloemfontein to hear only to be asked why did we arrive at this time instead of being welcomed. We were outside for some time before they opened for us, after we called with no answer. If you run an accommodation business how on earth do you sleep without making sure that all the guests that have paid have arrived...in fact how do you sleep when there could be possible customers. Why have a guest house if you don't want guests? This is the worst service that I've ever encounted.

We visited this Guest House on a business trip, and we really enjoyed our stay. the rooms are clean, the service is great and the people is really friendly. We had breakfast (which is included in the price) and dinner (R180 extra), and I must say the food is really nice. The dinner is prepared to your liking, and the owner served us every evening. No Wifi though...Safe parking, very nice stay. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

The owner welcomed us in person and made us felt like old friends. The room was ready, clean and everything was working. Secure parking with own access to and from the premisses.Dinner (2) and breakfast was above good. The owner/chef, that has a great awesome history spend some time with him, awesome person.For all new guest contact the GH direk for your bookings.

The towels were old, too old, the draining system in tgeir bathroom is the worst, toilets dont flush and even worse,we did not get anything for coffee /tea in the room, we were told they sell a cup for R15 if you did notopt for breakfast. Eill def not recommend this place
