Quite slow service, not sure if its uber eats or the actual restaurant. The chicken wings were not that great either like the other franchise stores. However, Sliders were great!

Horrible service from tired and unhelpful staff who hate their jobs.We were asked to wait 20min by Nonduduzo, we left and came back only to be served the same dry wings that were sitting at the pass when we placed the order on arrival.There were background conversations between staff (who thought we don’t understand the local language) about how annoyed they were, wanted to knock off and go home for the long weekend, and how they were irritated that customers kept coming in.All of the tables were extremely dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. She came with a dirty towel while sighing and rolling her eyes.The spot is only doing good because they’re in a good and convenient location. Other that that, you’re fed with terrible service full of attitude, late food that is dry, soggy, unfresh and old.I’m extremely disappointed. And this is not the first time. I thought it was an isolated incident after the first time, even the second time. But but I’m seeing that it’s a constant.Absolutely disgusting!!!

I went to this establishment to purchase a large of order for my Team at The Sneaker Shack on Friday the 29th at around 9am.The lady who was assisting on her annoying chewing gum, so she made a mistake and wanted a void, then she asked the store manager to assist, but because we are not valued customers at Chicken licken Rosebank , regardless of how many meals we buy, she was like am busy I can’t come.My Self as a Customer experience manager at TSS, i saw this as a Bad experience, you guys need to train your team on the importance of customer service, we are the reason the store still operates, stopping whatever you are doing for a customer would not kill you.Work on you customer experience, if its not loud staff noise its either chewing a gum or mixing up order, yet now a rude manager.

My favourite spot! Lovely service from the ladies.I posted the above 4years ago... I'm highly disappointed with the quality of the food, one wing looks loke its from last week while the others are half cooked... like what am I eating... I feel like I wasted my money. I'm never buying from this branch @Rosebank Chicken Licken. The Chicken Licken in Dlamini, Soweto, PTA CBD and Mamelodi Denlyn never disappoint.
