pathetic, badly managed and have no idea how to deal with a customer. they transfer you 4 times and always to someone who will transfer you again. they will send you to another person and so it goes on and on. They give you an Email address for customer service and NO ONE replies to you. Are these people a trustworthy outfit? They certainly do not give you that impression. They say a fish rots from the head. Whois the head of this crowd, because that is where the problem lies.

I have a 2 year warranty on my Honda Crv. In the document that details what I am covered for number 8 states: Management system - Engine and transmission control unit, sensors and solenoids and EGR valves.I took my car to one of M-Sure's registered service providers to replace the 3rd gear pressure switch on my vehicle. I was informed that this component is not covered despite it literally being a TRANSMISSION SENSOR. I'm awaiting feedback from management hopefully they will approve the repairs. I will adjust my rating according to their response and plan on laying a complaint with the MIOSA.

Swift communication through and through.They processed my claim in a matter of hours.No complaints whatsoever.

I am very happy with the service received from M-Sure over the past two years. My vehicle is worked on only by the dealer who is RMI accredited. They do all the leg work in processing of claims as required by M-Sure.I have not been disappointed in their response to claims and would definitely recommend them as an after standard factory warranty insurance.

No service from them! I asked them to call me and I submitted a claim online and have heard nothing! I have been paying them since 2018. I will inform the major dealership that introduced me to them and advise them of this unacceptable, sorry excuse of a company, so that they do not offer it in the future to their clients. Unacceptable! It feels as if they are just stealing your money! Do not take a policy out with them. Read the reviews about them, all bad!

To begin getting hold of the insurer is a problem and the claims consultant are not friendly or accomodative at all I put through a claim for an oil cooler housing that was cracked and leaked water and I was told that this part is not covered 5 days after my car broke down.When looking at the policy documents it says oil cooler is a covered componentAccording to the claims manager Micheal the oil cooler is only covered if it's a mechanical damageThe Mechanic confirms that due to the cracked oil cooler the water will leak and can result in overheating/damage to engine. This is a mechanical failure however the insurer does not see it that way.This is so dissapointing paying R18000 for a policy that covers nothing they say they do.Will not renew my contract with them and do not recommend anyone else to use them.

Why can one not give zero stars ... Need I say anything more! Zero empathy, serious lack of communication, not arriving for appointments that they made says it all. I immediately cancelled my policy upon completion of my claim.

Worst motor insurance company on the block. They have 1.6 star rating for a reason. Do not use their services. If I could give them -000000 stars I would. I waited 3 weeks for them to send out an assessor and to approve a quote. Work on a better turn around time for all your clients not just some!

This is my 4th week waiting for them to make any movement on my claim. The workshop my car is at says out of all the motor warranty companies they deal with this is the most difficult to work with. I have been spending hundreds each day to get around using other means of transportation and just decided to pay to fix my car myself as it is costing me more to wait for the policy to pay out. I was forced by Westbank to use M Sure and I am going to lay a formal complaint to allow me to get my money back and be allowed to use a different company, suggesting that with all the poor reviews of M Sure that they reconsider requesting people to use their warranty.

Was sold coverage on a motorcycle. Come a year later when I actually need to make a claim I get rejected. The policy states I have thousands of rands in coverage on multiple parts of the motorcycle. The values they give in their policies are a complete scam and false advertising. My claim wasn't even a quarter of what I was told I'm covered for, yet still rejected. Best part is I had to wait about 3 months to be rejected since the bloke who handled my case just went on holiday without any notice given. Terrible service. Terrible coverage. Stay away as far as possible from these people.
