EXCEL CAR WASH
Always leaving this car wash frustrated. Wash bay does not wash car properly. The wipe / polishing bay blames the wash bay. Workers look at you and expect to take your vehicle away dirty. This car wash is about volumes than customer relations. I have 5 vehicles and have decided not to return.

Was referred by a colleague. Initial impression was it looks like every other car wash. Enquired about the price for a wash and dry and was told by two workers that it would be R50. Car was washed but no attention to detail and when it was time to pay, i was asked for R60. That was the first and last time at this car wash. Asking for more money when the agreed charge was R50, is Aiken to theft.

Had the worst experience at this car wash never returning. Staff very unfriendly and unprofessional and rude. Car was still left filthy after leaving. Ask to clean certain spots and staff gave an attitude and refused. Called the manager and she didn't even seem interested. Tyres weren't even polished. I can go on and on about their poor service but will take my business elsewhere. I would rate them 0 stars. Crappiest car wash ever!!!!!!!
