Faulty laptop and speakers from first month.3 times repairs and still faulty.No return or refund.Blames the customer.Says customer must pay for upgrades to make pc work.Or buy another new pc and keep faulty one.

I would give zero starts if I could. Low stock of products. I needed a c-type to HDMI and I was sold a wrong port (not c-type) and when I wanted to exchange, less than 24 hrs after the purchase, I was unable to exchange without the original bank card used for the purchase. The component was still unopened, I had sales slip and sale man and manager remembered me and that I needed a c-type, but still, due to company policy" they could not "facilitate" the exchange. Not only their knowledge is limited (they don't seem to know what is a c-type input) and the service unacceptable

Bought a Valcano Headset. From day kne it was faulty. Took it back and they never gave me a jobcard and now they are refusing to give back my headset or refund my R550 and i was told i better be quick with my slip otherwise theyll throw it away and now its missing. Bunce of arrogant employees aswell. Would say 0/5 stara"

They refused to refund or replace a sd card that they admit does not perform as advertised. There in-store testing proved that it was significantly slower than the card claims to be.
