Went in with excitement with my friends to enjoy a bottomless mimosa brunch experience, it was underwhelming, and we we met by a very rude host , when we complained about Mimosas not being served until the time specific on their flyer . We were just told they had run out of stock , when we questioned how does that work than because we’re still expected to pay the full amount, he basically called us drunk, he was so dismissive, and literally told us he is the only one acting on a sober mind here , just because we were questioning how they ran out and how was this on us ? I will not be going to this establishment again.

Very nice place. Tastefully decorated and music for everybody. Food portions are generous but that's more than I can say for the cocktails. They're delicious but small for their price. Otherwise the vibe is great. If you're reading this, you will love it!

I'm never visiting this place again...The manager has no customer service skills, he laughted off our complaint with the bar staff after he told us Stock was finished and we are not in our sober senses. Our waiter was not the friendliest either speaking at us like we were kids and over explaining everything like we couldn't know what he is talking about. He gave food to his regulars who had sat down long after us and had the longest face the whole time while serving us.I think they placed us in a certain class or level from the moment we walked in and they kept us on that level till we left, all because we were not dressed like slay queens or with a man.

The place is exquisite, cool and vibrant… but if there’s one thing to mention about this place, it will be their OYSTERS. I am yet to find a word to better describe how tasteful, flavourful, scrumptious, palatable, pleasant, succulent, and luscious their OYSTERS are. They, by far, make the best OYSTER meal in the world.

To my experience they don't even deserve that 1 star, what a bad service. We book the early. When we arrived everything was upside down. The so called Manager is unprofessional. He can't even communicate with customer. The waiter took 1 Hr for drinks and 2 hours for food. Manager promised us that the drink will be in the house at the end he denied that.The owner need to tran the staff about Customer Care and how to Communicate with Customers.The place is so beautiful but I was disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. They honestly take care of their patrons going over and above what is expected of them. The waiters are so respectful of the ladies and I honestly am grateful for the service we received from them. Xolani and the crew thank you a million times over for everything.

Excellent service from the waiter. Food was okay, drinks were great! Beautiful ambience and atmosphere (though if you’re a non smoker, the hubbly can get nauseating) Music was superb.
