Love this gym! Aside from having excellent trainers and clean, well-looked after facilities, this gym is like having a second family of friendly people with good intentions.No one is out to prove a point or try to hurt you. There is a lot of respect for the various disciplines that are trained. All genders, ages, races, and levels of skill are welcome.You can join classes or train one on one with one of their coaches. It's simply a lot of fun and very upbeat!

It's been awesome training here. Proper, professional coaching. You get technique feedback during training. And yeah, it's cool getting to learn a variety of martial arts in one place and having the option of which ones to learn. Also, it's cool learning from guys who've competed or are currently competing. Highly recommended!
