The wrap I ordered had chips in it and I literally only had 4 chips in a whole chicken wrap, not even 4 long chips, small chips close to the botton of the wrap. What a dissapointment, never again

I ordered a double up burger meal. Service was way better than the other two branches I visited. Food was great and very very delicious also exceptional value for money. The atmosphere IN the shop was great... Outside the shop you have to be careful , alot of petty crime on this road.

Pedro's sells nice food I must say. We ordered a family meal and it tasted like a Barcelos dupe. The area is quite shady I couldn't even take my phone out to take pics, but otherwise the food was not bad and so was the service. The issue only issue I had were the fries, they tasted weird.

If there were negative stars I would definitely rate it. I waited FORTY FIVE minutes for a 1/4 chicken, chips and a roll. I watched other patrons get their orders before me even though they ordered WAY after me. I told the woman at the counter NICELY that I have been waiting for close to an hour and she SHOUTED AT ME that it’s not an hour it’s 40 minutes and they must push their burgers out first. No apologies nothing. Just shouting from her after i went ONCE to ask where my order was. Shocking service.

Lovely service when you order at17:40 and it says it's supposed to arrive at 18:50 then changes to 19:30. So nice when you are busy fasting. Then called the store and they Said it's not their problem I must call Uber eats. Terrible service from the store and Uber eats. Never again.

The customer service is pathetic. Waited so long for food, unfriendly service and disrespectful manager. This is by far the worse experience I've had with a takeout. Do better please, I definitely don't have anything postive to say after today's experience. You don't even deserve a one star with how I'm currently feeling. And your restaurant won't be seeing me or my family anytime soon. Do better. Especially with that manager of yours who refuse to listen to customers complaints.

We bought the Viva Meal from Pedros Woodstock which the family normally enjoy. This time around the rolls provided with the meal was so stale, breaking into small pieces when trying to cut it. I interrupted our meal and drove all the way back to the store as I will not accept this poor quality. The label on the rolls has a Production Date of 22 Nov 2022 and a Expiry Date of 16 Feb 2023. The lady at the store explained that they received the rolls this week and is normally frozen. Somewhere the cold chain must have been broken because this rolls did not last until today 18 Jan 2023 let alone until the expiry date of 16 February 2023. Pedros I am disappointed because I normally enjoy your food and it is value for money, but please do not compromise on quality.

I would like to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Pedro's in Woodstock. I placed an order for 2 full chickens, one of which was supposed to come with chips and rolls, along with 4 burgers. However, upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find that the chips were missing.I contacted Pedro's and spoke with a staff member regarding the missing chips. The staff member insisted that the chips were included in my order because they had personally packed it. This indirect accusation of dishonesty only added to my frustration. I requested to speak with the manager. Whilst speaking to the manager I raised my voice out of frustration caused by the staff member's insinuation and lack of empathy. I admit that my tone was not appropriate, and for that, I apologize.Despite my request for a simple replacement of the missing chips, the manager was very arrogant. The manager refused to acknowledge the mistake and provide the replacement. After he done his investigation he confirmed I had received my chips. This decision was deeply unsatisfactory and left me feeling dismissed and disrespected as a customer.The manager's behaviour during our conversation was highly unprofessional. Instead of engaging in a constructive discussion, the manager showed a lack of empathy and disrespect, abruptly put the phone down leaving my concerns unaddressed.Given the overall handling of this incident, I am deeply disappointed and have lost all confidence in Pedro's ability to provide satisfactory customer service. It is evident that my concerns were neither taken seriously nor adequately addressed. As a result, I regretfully inform you that I will not be buying from Pedro's in the future.I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter, taking into account the records of my order and any relevant evidence, to rectify the unjust treatment I received. Additionally, I urge Pedro's management to conduct training programs aimed at enhancing customer service skills and professionalism among the staff and managers, ensuring that other customers do not receive similar experiences.I trust that Pedro's will take appropriate measures to rectify this unfortunate situation. I do not want any compensation for my chips but at least an apology from the manager.

My Pedro's of choice. Theyre always super busy so the food is always fresh. And that being said they never mess up my order like other branches Do. So I drive extra far just for the quality and service.

Customer service is pathetic! Waited an hour and 30 minutes for my order. Called the store and was told my order already left. They have no way of speaking to customers. Told them I stay 10km away it’s impossible, only for them to tell me the order is sitting on the counter and no driver collected, they will send it immediately. After another 20 minutes, I get a cancellation notification.
