Great service and friendly staff! Full facial, back/neck/shoulder massage and a full body wrap and scrub. There's off street parking, and the massage area is incredibly relaxing. The staff make sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. The salon is small, which makes it nice and private, and there are definitely great things to come from Sugarbush.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the ladies at Sugarbush. They were friendly and happy people. My massage was a dream. I would do it over and over again.

Jade and her staff were very friendly and helpful. My partner and I went for a couples massage and scrub, which was out of this world. We left feeling incredibly relaxed. A bit difficult to get hold of them and the address has changed (just down the road) but all in all it was a lovely experience and we will definitely be going back.

The owner showed up late (but before opening time) and therefore the therapists did not have time for to prepare our 9am appointment room. The room was extremely cold as we heard the clicking of the poor electrical heater trying to do its job. Never the less, the full body massage and reflexology treatments were absolutely amazing - would have been a trillion times better if I just wasn't freezing. Thank you Sugarbush! We can't have it all I guess ;) But hey! Will definitely be back for more.

Lovely and peaceful. Was a great experience. The only issue was that we could hear the building noises from next door but otherwise it was very nice and my partner and I enjoyed our couple's massage immensely. Jade the owner is also very attentive and keen to make sure you enjoy your experience. Communicating with her was great.

Untrained therapists. I was pointed to sit on an office chair to have a pedicure. The therapist buffed my toes until some of my cuticles bled. She painted my toes and I had to ask that she’s removes it and redoes the paint with a different colour because her paint job was HORRIFIC. She gave me lots of attitude for requesting that she redoes the paint. I then had a Hollywood wax and was asked to wear a disposable (this is not needed - might I add). The therapist clearly did not do a wax before. I had skin taken off my bikini line and wax till stuck on me. I requested that she stop and I left. had to ask for help from a different salon. I was then harassed for payment of my treatments - for this type of services and low skill. Then “owner” is still a student and claims on her website that she is a fully qualified (obviously not). She is unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this to anyone.
