What can I say? I am simply blown away by the creativity and exceptional service of Design 11. Working with them is an absolute joy and such a privilege. I have not come across such a dymanic and inspiring company in a long time. I can not recommend them enough.

My wife bought a room divider last year and unfortunately it came up short for the space it was supposed to go in. We made a mistake with the measurements, but when we received the divider, it wasn't the exact dimensions (they were 5mm short to what was agreed). Trying to get hold of anyone in the company was impossible, and call-backs seldom happened. We had to call back again most of the times. Eventually we came to resolution to fill the gap with a spacer after a few weeks.Design11 used the opportunity of our mistake to take zero accountability for their mistake. I would expect any company to at least offer at some compensation for their design errors, but we ended up paying 100% of the R650 for the spacer to fill the gap. We spoke to a few people in the company which all diverted the problem to my wife for measuring wrong, and not acknowledging the fact that they produced a steel product that's 5mm short. Also, their 15mm space recommendation was also wrong. They keep saying that my wife agreed to that space. My wife has no idea what other installation parts will go in that space and she was trusting the recommendations from the design experts. 15mm is too big because the screws are blatantly visible. 2 - 5mm is about right. My wife got blamed for this too.This isn't about the R650, but more about work ethics and customer service. Eventually, my wife's email reached the owner who I would have expected to take care of the situation. But his response matched his staff and pointed the finger back at my wife again. Wasn't a good experience and we certainly aren't smiling customers.

Great service from Design 11 - we love our new oriental wall art, it adds sophistication to our living space. Our order was hassle-free and delivered on time. Would definitely recommend!

I am really disappointed with the service offered. Placed an order for my house signage and was notified via email that it went through the laser cutting phase and that I will then be notified via email when it moves to the powder coating process. Jessica also mentioned in the email that I would be notified and will take 2-3 weeks. Come end of 2nd week, I emailed Jessica. No response at all. I phoned at the reception, only for the receptionist to go and find out that there was a problem with their laser machine and guess what? My order was the one that wasn’t cut as yet!I had to keep phoning to keep track. The last call they said it will be ready by Friday and I will be notified before delivery is scheduled.Guess what again? Today is Friday. No email, no notification. Nothing from their side. Appalling service. I thought it was an amazing company and I wanted to place more orders for my other properties.. well I learnt my lesson the hard way. I will shop around for a better customer service.PS: If by end of week 4 I still haven’t received any news or updates, then I will have to cancel the order and I will ask for refund. I know the owner of the company will come and reply to this post and say “oh we are so sorry about this. Please give me your order number etc etc,”. It’s already too late. Your customer service is terrible, extremely AWFUL!

Design11 made us a lovely decorative house number. The quality of the product is very good, the laser cutting is crisp, and the powder coating is even in colour and texture.We are very happy, and can recommend Design11 to anybody that is looking for that personal touch.

We commissioned Design11 to design and produce an extensive pergola and gas braai entertainment area.We had no privacy from the neighbours and Jackie came up with a clever plan to give both our neighbours and ourselves privacy from each other, in addition to the shade needed.The end quality is exceptional and has completely transformed our house.It was a big job and ensuring optimal quality, took the necessary time.We are really happy with how our renovation turned out- see before and after pics to appreciate the difference.

Design 11 created the most beautiful symbolic representation of our new residence name. This is complimented by the wine rack we have ordered. I can't wait for final installation to share this work of art!! Watch this space!
