Clicks Plattekloof

Unfortunately this clicks does not have a pharmacy so you would need to go down to the pick n pay at plattekloof village for a clicks pharmacy.

April 19th 2022 . Very helpful staff . Paracetamol are on offer . I bought two lots x 24 .May 21st 2021 . Back again to buy shaving foam . Only one other customer in the whole store ! Wonderful .Excellent service from the greeter to the check out guy via the in store helpful assistants. Impossible to complain .

Standard Clicks fare. Previously, I must confess I had exceptional service from a young guy who assisted me. My recent interactions with the rest of the staff has been good to very good.

Always a warm welcome as you enter, and customer relation is amazing - the security guard at Clicks Plattekloof is phenomenal. Staff are always so caring, helpful and customer centric. Especially the Gent cashier with his bubbly personality, care with a smile. The manager solves product disputes and returns without delay, efficiently and effective! Never crowded. Only lacking a pharmacy and clinic. However, if that's what is keeping crowds away from this GEM of a Clicks branch, then certainly can do without it :)

This review is not aimed at this specific store but at Clicks Click&Collect service. First time user - I imagined we would place the order (having confirmed in-stocks according to the app) and then within a day, be in a position to collect the order at the store.However once the order was placed we found out that the order was picked at the DC in Johannesburg and was collected by a courier. Once the courier collects, 3 working days until delivery to the store.So we placed the order on Thursday morning, the parcel was collected by by the courier late on Friday night, it is now Saturday, I'm assuming not a work day. When will I be able to collect my parcel? Tuesday? Not a sensible service at all!

Great little Clicks on the way home, small but they got everything that you will need and the staff are always super friendly.

Waste of my time. Never have adequate stock. Every time I need something urgently and browse online and then i forget that this branch are out of stock most times. Staff also not friendly and seems they are not well informed re product ranges. Clicks are not what it used to be as standard and product quality second rated.History as far as I'm concerned and will take my money somewhere else.

shocking service, what is the point of having a queueing system if the pharmacist lets people jump the queue? The crying child was upset about not getting a stuffed toy & the mother happily carried on shopping afterwards while some of us waited patiently despite being a pain.
