The service is very bad. We claim for our Father who was a member for more than 20 years, until today we have not receive any correspondence or the claim. The lady at reception will take you pillar to pillar just to get the claim department.

We are also experiencing the same challenge of our claim not being paid, we lost our mother late in October 2022 who was also a member for more than 20 years, to date we have not received the payout after we were promised that it will be paid within 1 month.Their service is very poor they are misleading people.

My mother has been with Prestige for over 23 years and now we did not use their service for the burial in January up to today we still have not got our claim money, and when we submitted the claim they told us the pay out is within a month and the people at the claims department they don't even answer their call or call you back I will not recommend them to anyone.
