The therapist know what they are doing the deep Thai massage and sports massages are very good. They even cater for couples and hot stones

Had our 4th massage at 5 Star and will wiil not return. Our first two experiences were very good however the last two were most disappointing. The therapists kept talking and laughing between themselves. (There are signs up everywhere to remain silent!!). Their message was pathetic and we left feeling sore.

i visited the branch at the square on sunday, the room was absolutely noisy, the ceiling panels were opened and cold air filled the room, as well as the noise from the pipes. the therapist could see i could not relax, before i left i mentioned it to the owner who did not bother to investigate nor apologise.A spa experience is supposed to offer tranquility and relaxation, i cant say i recieved either of those. The massage therapist however tried her level best despite her inability to speak english

Booked for my mum, my cousin and myself. My first experience was phenomenal, had my masseuse sit on me and do a deep tissue massage, was literally in heaven. Was blown away! This time around had a Thai woman who had barely enough strength even though I asked for harder ...so disappointed. My mum received a massage from a local African woman who did not do a traditional Thai massage - something i paid for. Will not be going back. Such a waste of time and money and so sad my mum didn't get what I experienced on my first visit.

Loved the treatment. Staff was very friendly and delivered a authentic Thai massage treatment. The best I have had in years. Very clean and spacious premises

Wonderful staff who give excellent Thai styles messages at any level you require. They are quite busy so best to book in. They do make exceptions when they can for frequent customers dependent on staff and room availability. Always a pleasant experience.

It was terrible. Didn't help my body aches. The place felt dark and dingy instead of relaxing. The masseuse was impersonal, I felt like I was wasting her time. It was just a terrible experience.

The service from the receptionist is shocking ! She obviously cannot understand English properly and cannot get bookings right- I was most disappointed in her conduct in dealing with her error she just said she couldn't accommodate us and ah shame" .... the massages are amazing and the Thai ladies are the absolute best ! But I probably won't be back until they sort out their pathetic excuse for a receptionist ! PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH."

Got sent to the wrong place (there are two spa locations apparently in Zenith road) and felt like we had inconvenienced the staff that we rocked up on time for our appointment! Was promised an invoice/ receipt and still have not received it after asking 3 times! Massage was quite good but with a weird vibe and hospitality lacking I recommend trying another business.
