Pure awesome, Wow! What an experience of staff, owner, offerings and more. Matt was the man that helped us on our visit here and was helpful, didn’t pretend to knows things he didn’t know the answer too but went and checked, gave us the quote that he promised us when we returned 2 hours later and again, gave us options and made plans for us! Their prices were better than the big chain stores and from t he time we walked in they treated us like we were of value. That’s how a retail store should be.If there were 6 stars, we’d give you that!Matt, thanks you, sir. You’re beyond an asset to CBS.

This is an extraordinary place. Mat helped me here and has been a superb experience. He has been exceedingly communicative, patient with my millions of questions and quotes, helped me find exactly what I needed, kept in contact about lead times and has happily sent me pictures of options, even after hours, really helping me get the best deal and best quality.One expects good service but it isn't always a reality. At Continental Bathroom Supplies, you get brilliant service. The renovating of our house has shown me the poor service in many building areas, but not here. Mat has really been a treasure and sourced things for me too and helped me find a plumber.I could not shop elsewhere again. I can highly recommend their service, their products and their expertise.Thanks Mat and the team!

I am very impressed with the excellent aftercare service I have received from Jorge and the team at Continental Bathroom Supplies. We had some challenges with our toilet and they were resolved quickly, and without complaint. We also love the products. Our shower screen and toilet look great and are great quality, at very competitive prices. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
