Waited over a month after applying for a new contract, just to hear another vodacom can help me, not this particular shop .. What's the use of your shop if you can't even give people contracts?

Friendly service upon arrival. The shop was busy but still the sales consultants put me at ease and told me they will help me shortly. Very swiftly it was my turn to be helped and i recieved all the help that i needed. All my questions was answered with a smile, and did have a lot of them. Awful service. Salespeople are clueless about products they are more intrested in chatting to their friends by the door than customer service.Sell you wrong stuff and then you stuck with it. Worst vodacom outlet ever. Been a vodacom client for over 10 years this experience has me considering changing over to another service provider.
