The most beautiful and widest selection of kitchen and bathroom equipment. Staff are super helpful.My mom and I went here shortly after the VAT increase, and the display prices hadn’t been updated to reflect this. Instead of charging the VAT- adjusted higher price, they were courteous enough to give us the tap at the display price.Even more impressive is their online registry that saves the customer’s details as well as the details of what you bought. So should you lose your receipt; your 10 or 20 year warranty will still be valid because they’ve got you on their system.Definitely worth a visit... Even if just to admire their pretty displays and get inspiration for your renovation project.

The best place to go look at Tiles. Stunning I am going back at the end of March to buy tiles. Awesome friendly service. They offer assistance and then leave you to look around in peace until you need help.

Really great customer service , they’re readily available to assist . Unfortunately that’s the only good comment I have . Everything we purchased from this place was broken or damaged it was an extremely devastating experience buying from here . We bought a dado quartz bathtub , which had multiple deep scratches (thankfully a Service was provided to have that buffed out ) that was only the beginning of a series of disasters and inconveniences . The tiles we ordered , they miscalculated so we had to go back to buy more . The wrong bathroom pop up was given to us so we had to buy another from another store ( extra cost) . Our double basin pop up was mismatched although we were assured that the brand did not change their design -that was another two trips to the store ( we still have mismatched pop ups ) . Our bathtub spout was damaged (another trip to the store ) . Our shower screen glass was damaged( small cracks and scratches ) ( which took two weeks for the supplier to replace ) the new shower screen shattered because the size of the channel was too small (we incurred the cost for damages ) . They gave the wrong extractor fan .At this rate it was very abnormal to have an issue with every single thing we bought from them . Would 100% not recommended this store
