Staff is not very helpful, managers ignores you when they walk past you. Burned me pops, they where all black and when I returned them, they could not give me a fresh order because their fryer was faulty....at Kentucky FRIED Chicken

Ordering and collecting are generally quick because there usually isn't much of a queue. The vibe is great (standard KFC) and there's plenty of seating.The bathrooms were also pretty clean the few times I stopped by.

My dad has a medical condition that requires him to use the bathroom for frequently and urgently the nearest bathroom was KFC. we asked to use the bathroom but we were only allowed to if we buying something at kfc...and we would still have to pay R2?? So you guys wouldn't let a man with a medical condition use the bathroom. But you were letting a drunk man go ahead and use it who could Infact cause more trouble. This is disgusting.

Your bathroom rules are pathetic. You cant use it without buying anything in the kfc and you still have to pay R2 and your employees are rude about it

Food was excellent. My experience in the shop was rather nasty. A very rude employee demanded to look at proof of purchase before using the restroom. I had no issue in showing her the receipt however her disrespect was uncalled for
