Outstanding serviceI called my insurance company and informed them I needed to have a chip repaired. Once I had the claim number, PG Glass gave me a call and asked which branch would I be making use of and gave me a ref number.I got to PG Glass Newton Park and a very friendly, efficient & helpful young man assisted me (Darryl Prince) I pulled the vehicle to the back workshop area and he got down and started repairing the chip and explained what he was doing throughout the process (I always like to know what’s happening)I will not only recommend PG Glass, but also Darryl Prince. I hope that he gets the proper recognition for he’s service.A happy client

Great serviceWil pop in again....

Slow service, can hardly get through to the branch that helped me spent 25 min on two calls to get info. Still haven't got through to them. Not good service from the so called call centre that are unable to help. Very annoying.

From start to finish, great overall service from the staff at PG GLASS Cape Road. Communication leading up to the booking, back and forth between customer and insurance was handled exceptionally well. The service was excellent too. Turn around time was exactly what was relayed and workmanship was great. Special shout to Wade and to the entire staff. Keep up the great work.
