Extremely poor service and utter lack of professionalism.Sales person Johan closing the door in your face 15 minutes before closing time. I phone at 16h00 to confirm pickup of my already ordered cutting list after being told the day before that I can receive my list the next day. I arrive at 16h40 to pickup my job and left with 3 of my 18 pieces after they scrambled to collect the pieces.When questioning the fact that it is not even 17h00, he turns his back and walks away without saying a word.After phoning the previous day after paying and ordering I request an amendment of cutting two pieces 3mm shorter and sent it by email, I get no reply confirming that they have received it.Never again in my life!Save yourself the frustration and go to a place who values you as a client and give you value for money.

Their delivery truck is a menace on our roads.Went in to address with a manager who didn't seem interested. Not surprised how many bad reviews this business has.

Late order, Always excuses, all my wood was cut to the wrong size! very late delivery. no customer care.

These guys are not serious, always an excuse, late orders guaranteed, half my order cut to wrong size and the cut quality was terrible, they asked me to pay more to fix mistakes they made, don't order here unless you want a headache

I received a high quality of service and products at Chipboard Cafe. They always help as I am the only customer. What you must ceep in mind is shipboard is highly sensitive product. It is all about the way you handle it. Chipboard Cafe is highly recommend

What a joke of a company, how can you manage to cut all wood to the wrong size and ask me to pay for the fix then you deliver late. Pathetic nosense!

My order was very late, late delivery and multiple mistakes which you couldn’t fix, how can it take you 2 weeks to deliver , you say tomorrow and then tomorrow you change the date, then when you finally deliver after so late, the wood is cut to wrong sizes then we must wait 7 days for corrections, you guys are pathetic you delayed my whole order and my work, my carpenter did all in his power driving up and down, you also don’t answer ur damn phone

Busted! , all their wood is very cheap quality, it's like they get it from China or something, their melamine rips off easy, they delivered, ripped melamine , very late, I had to go ahead and have the cupboards assembled with damaged melamine cause I had no time to wait for any fix, as when I called no one answered, when I went there I met the rudest customer service, Johan and others. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS, SUCH A RIP OFF, THE OWNERS & WORKERS THINK THEY ARE GODS.
