I popped into Vodacom Longbeach Mall this morning with an elderly friend. She had 2 phones that she needed some assistance. Ashton came to her rescue. He was extremely patient and explained everything that he was doing to her phone. Ashton thank you so much for going the extra mile and your kindness.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The staff are completely disinterested in providing any form of customer service to the point where they blatantly ignore you when you try to ask questions. I will be canceling my subscription and moving over to MTN.

Given the reviews here on google I was expecting the worst but frankly I couldn't have been more surprised. Lorenzo assisted me and was fast friendly and efficient. The rest of the staff were equally pleasant to deal with.

If I could I would give this store 0... I see they have a standard bad rating by most reviews here - wish I checked before I went there. WORST customer service ever. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about you. Avoid using this store at ALL costs - save yourself a lot of effort and go somewhere else!
