Wonderful experience on Sunday when we stopped by for lunch. Service was fast, despite the restaurant being very busy. Our waitress was fun, friendly, and very efficient. The food was superb and of course the coffees were perfect!

Great place for early morning meetings. While guards do their walk around and cleaners are busy with mops awaking the sleeping Gateway Shopping Centre to the dawning of new day of shoppers, Mugg and Bean is ready to welcome it's early morning enthusiasts. At that hour it's ideal setting and venue for a meeting without disturbances and noise. The only noise you would hear are the staff getting the place readied for the entrance of breakfast bunch. Our waiter lacked the morning friendliness and welcome. He failed to advise us on the coffee menu. That was a disappointing. It's situated centrally so you can't miss it. You have a choice to sit outside the restaurant or inside. Looking for a venue for a 7am meeting.... give Mugg & Bean, Gateway a try... The titillating aroma of freshly ground filtered coffee will intoxicate your senses.

Thank you M&B Gateway for a fantastic breakfast. Staff are all friendly. Food was delicious, hot and beautifully presented. Best Cappuccino in town.

Zama was very lovely and super helpful throughout our breakfast experience. Sphe was also very efficient in her duties.Lovely staff all round!

Visited on a Saturday morning for breakfast. We were met at the entrance by a very pleasant hostess and shown to a table.It’s not the biggest establishment and they pack you in like sardines. With the onset of the fifth wave, I did feel a little uncomfortable - definitely not a meter space between tables.Service was prompt and the food was ready in a reasonable timeframe. It’s a typical mug and bean - nothing special to mention.It was pretty busy so I would suggest booking in advance on weekends.

We had a light meal here after a long time. Our previous experience wasn’t the best, but I have to say that things were much better this time.The waitress was friendly and meal was served without waiting too long. They also have a lot of seating available which is quite nice.
