Jaques is a wizard with PC repairs. I would even say a necromancer at some points. He is capable of restoring an almost certainly dead PC to life, even if it were temporarily. Their costumer service is so incredible, I feel guilty for procrastinating to give them this good review. Not only did they fix my laptop but they were patient enough to actually educate me about my laptop, what went wrong, and some of the mistakes the previous company did on my laptop.
