Nice gym for a small town.. However classes are always booked before bookings are open. Does have a very nice pool too and right next door to a fun Park if you want to drop the little ones off to play putt putt while you stretch your lungs and muscles.

Please don’t ever try to book in advanced when you not a local they treat you like an outsider totally disrespectful for those who take time to book spin classes. When you arrive for your booked class you shown the door. Plet is just not the feeling at this gym. Stay away

What a great experience it was to visit this gym! Would recommend anyone to visit this gym. The coffee shop on the outside makes it the perfect place.

Aerobic classes are available as well as large gym area with weights and circuits. Super busy spinning classes everyday. The swimming pool is sparkling clean. A well organized coffee bar caters to all tastes
