Very neat, staff friendly and helpful.. The Wi-Fi is disappointing. Menu is monotonous but tasty. Bathrooms are cramped.Big ups to the Chef and the Guards!!!

I Just don't know where to start but with time they'll get things right. Invest on your rooms, beds in particular, aircons, your kitchen.

I really enjoyed my stay at Naledi Lodge. I experienced ubuntu starting from the main gate to the reception, restaurant-well prepared food with typical African flavor. The room clean, spacious and cosy. I hope to return in future.

Best service from staff and management

Cleanliness for me was the only problem. I forgot my spectacles and managed to get them back a day later. Awesome stuff and location

It was a real pleasure to be accommodated by the people in naledi lodge they were always kind and willing to help

There was no hot water, I had to boil water with a kettle and use sink because there was no prop that fits the basin

Great lodge and guest house, liked the service and the food was great omg, went here on a business trip, and you can't miss the place it's on a busy road, friendly staff, the rooms are just great, they a mini kitchen with all your appliances and all you would need. I'd highly recommend this place

The establishment is quite convenient due to its location (area being rural), particularly in terms of growing local economic activities and job creation. However, the property itself is not well maintained:1. The toilet in my room did not have a seat. The water pressure was not strong enough for an effective flush.2. Basin did not have hot water3. Shower head just spat water out and the drain did drain water as fast as the head was releasing water. Which meant that even with flip flops my feet were constantly submerged in water.4. The bed was had sensitive points which would creek often and this was unsettling.5. The trap door in my room was not properly closed and was unsettling as I feared something/someone coming in through there.6. The aircon was said to be problematic so I was advised not to switch it on unless I wanted to wake up in a pool of water.7. There was a red flashing light from what seemed to be the fire detector, directly aimed at the bed. This too was unsettling, particularly as I was a solo female traveler.The staff was very friendly with the exception of some older men, presumed to be security guards who gave uncomfortable looks and were a bit difficult at the check-in. I didn't eat much, however the food I requested which was not on the menu was catered for. Both the chef and lady at the kitchen were extremely helpful and understanding.
