Although I did finally get my required documents I experienced the following problems:1. The quote was changed AFTER I had accepted and submitted my original documents. This is NOT acceptable.2. My documents were not submitted on the agreed date as I had to make an additional payment.3. Payment was made SAME day as I was as between a rock and a hard place (original docs submitted)4. I had a limited window to collect documents. This had been clearly communicated from day 1. Documents were not ready on requested date. I was told to collect the following afternoon and only through threats, pleading and begging did I receive the documents the following morning with no apology at all.I do not believe that I received value for money service or the premium service that I paid for.
