I called the warehouse 5x, and each call was answered and immediately ended. Poor reflection on the company. The driver, Allister, was their saving grace. Brilliant service Allister. Polite, friendly and super dedicated to he's job and ensuring the customers are happy. Come on warehouse staff, don't let the company down like this. Be a yesterday like Allister!

Phoned the head office in JHB about my parcel in PE and the lady that answered was really helpful in explaining about my query, she even phoned the PE depot to clarify the problem..So for that alone and going the extra mile to assist me was phenomenal.

The telephone etiquette is really terrible. I had a simple question as I am literally 3 streets away and I would have collected it myself had I know they leave our area for last. I was met with a 'no I can't tell you all our drivers are very busy' like she's the customer. She barely tried to assist me with my order as it is urgent. The previous time I phoned the lady was extremely courteous but this lady just has no customer skills. Jane, not sure if the spelling is correct, sounded like Juané. Will definitely rethink my business going forward.

Courier Guy used to be excellent, but recently they have gone down the drain. They have all necessary detail omn record, but they stop, hoot and if you cannot be outside quickly they leave. No call, just leave, then you battle to get your parcel. Phone calls don't get answered and queries are not resolved. There are other couriers, use them.
