Very good service. They were cheaper than going throgh dhl directly and the lady called me every day with updates as to where my parcel was on its way to the USA. Highly recommended.

Such helpful staff! They made sending a DHL parcel overseas so easy and even helped my mom from her car to the shop with the box as it weighed over 8kgs! Am going to be using this branch again for sure!

This postnet is a staple of how the other stores should be, based on customer service and efficiency, I was in the store on 2 occasions and both ladies went of our their way to assist me, I was in your branch in the canal walk mall and the lady said they don't do stationery stickers , I didn't feel like arguing and just left, on my way to the Spar in century city I saw postnet and ask the ladies there and they said yes, she even typed it out since it was just a 4 letter name , and printed my items , no fuss. I now understand why the store is always busy , it's because of the customer service that people always come back. The mall is a walking distance from my home but I will rather drive out to this branch . Keep it up ladies.

Poor customer service they are so racist they only smile when the coloured or White person come .I will never recommend canal walk postnet.
