Absolutely terrible service. Wasn't notified for a parcel that was delivered almost two weeks ago and when I sent a colleague to collect it, they refused to hand it over even though he had more than enough information and they didn't even attempt to call me whilst he was in the store for verification.

Since Postnet has been under new ownership, the shop is neat and clean. Absolutely beautiful stationery line added. I feel that the owner's presence in the store ensures efficient and friendly service, definitely a turnaround for this store! Keep up the amazing service

Absolutely horrific service. After I waited forever to be helped by a very rude and unhelpful lady she refused to hand me a parcel I was collecting on behalf of my spouse even though I had more than enough proof (his ID, cellphone number and the reference / tracking code) that I am authorized to collect the parcel.

Mind-blowingly slow would be an understatement for this place. Maybe everyone was still waking up at 08:30. Dunno. Nice enough staff at least.

I've been a PostNet customer for as long as I can remember. Regardless of where I am in the city or country, PostNet has been my go to place for all things postage, courier and even fax & email back in the day. But my most recent visit here was plainly and gratuitously humiliating, so much so that (1) I will only go there if I HAVE TO and (2) insist that I'm an not served by a particular employee there. He was so gratuitously rude! I'm ALWAYS a pleasant customer to work with so for him to be the polar opposite of that was so distasteful. Use another PostNet - that way you have no chance of bad customer treatment.

No one acknowledged me as I entered the shop even though they could all see me. I called before arrival asking about posting a letter to the UK & was told it would take 4 days. However, was not made aware when I called that the cost for a simple letter is R460. They could have saved me a trip if their service was improved.

Assited (rather hindered) by the most unhelpful elderly lady sitting in the right hand corner of the store. Didn't catch her name. Wanted to send an express package and she rudely scolded that I was too late... no help on a plan B either!
