FreshStop At Caltex Penlyn Estate

They just don't want to improve their service. It's so unbelievable!!!Staff is so unfriendly, especially the cashiers. They just don't have the gift of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They don't know how 2 say please, use their tongues. The should get a 0 rating for service?!!!

Not the best freshstop I have been to. Some of the staff have attitude and service by the burger section is so slow because there are clearly not enough staff for the demand. Stood for a long time waiting for someone to help me and gave up.I'm not sure if they are badly treated or if some of them just don't care. There is just a bad vibe in this Freshstop. Food that is ready made looks old and dry and unappealing (by bakery) and there is honestly no good healthy options in the whole shop. Food is at least pretty cheap. It has potential but just isn't up to standard.

Bad attitude of night manger! I bought a packet of corn chips and they were old and stale, but the expiration date was still valid.I wanted to exchange it for another packet ,but the manager refused and insisted that the chips were fine after tasting one. He even suggested that maybe because I fasted that my taste buds were confused" with regards to the taste. He insisted that I come back the following day for a refund.Very

I went in to put in some diesel the place was busy yet I got mo service from a petrol attendant after waiting 10 min I left as they were more interested in servicing the gov vechile so I was not important. Other vechiles that pulled in after me was served so I left . Others was served there cars was nice fancy nobody want to come to my old but very reliable vechile .

This is a fresh stop that's trying to be a coffee shop, doughnut shop, grocery shop, pastry shop, chicken licken or a KFC of sorts, a garage. It's all good and well until you get lots of customers then it is chaos in that micro store. Service isn't bad considering the amount of people. Chicken is great, cheap esp on Sundays when they have a special. Their coffee shop is expensive although coffee is great. Not a bad experience overall...

This is the worst Fresh stop I've been in. The staff act like they are doing you a favour by serving you....they only greet whom they want to especially if you are from Indian decent...( I stood at the counter the manager greeted the Indian Lady and gent next to me..He looked at me then just walked of and ignored me)... I think they just get it from the owner...He reprimanded the staff over the counter in front of the customers like they are servants and we the customers are just a by the way....totally disgusting!!!!!.The cleaner just mop the floor while the customers are standing there and then he don't even put a warning sign down...The Seattle Coffee taste completely different from any other shop I've ever been( I have a cup every morning from different Seattle Coffee shops and what makes them so delicious is that they taste exactly the same no matter where you go)...so I don't know what type they sell....This is a nice shop but the manners will have to change starting by the owner(wishful thinking)......

Service station convenience store with everything takeout and tasty. Owners often expanding the offerings and renovations are done to ensure customer convenience. Can't wait to see what will be revealed with building currently on the go under cover. Quite literally.

Unhelpful staff and their donuts are inconsistent. Donuts never feel fresh! It used to be amazing but the standard has definitely slipped over the last few months. Manager or what I think is the manager walks around with earphones in his ears and not very helpful. Wonder why he bothers wearing the uniform.

Donut and ice cream shop inside. I tried the donuts and it's okay.Seattle coffee no longer inside the fresh stop but there is a beautiful Vida e Cafe outside to satisfy your coffee needs.
