This is a really trendy place to be! Madison Place is aimed at residents with a get up and go attitude who want to come and go by car or by bicycle to and from places of work or study. It's off Trill Road, which offers a short walk to the shops and vibrant night spots of the Obs Main Road.

Newly built apartments just between Lower Main and Main streets with great gym facilities, underground parking, security desk and amazing views of Groote Schuur Hospital and Table Mountain. Best of all, on the Jammie shuttle route so easily accessible for UCT students.
