Poor customer service delayed repairs beyond stipulated time no communication with the customer no follow ups I would definitely not recommend them worst service was told my car had a computer box problem and they had already claimed from my insurance without even communicating with the owner of the car let alone the inconvenience was told my car will be ready on certain times only to find out it is not ready no communication whatsoever. I don’t know why they are the recommended dealer

I have used Brian's services two times and everytime I come out happy with their services and their perfect job done on my BMW... they are approved by BMW thus using only genuine BMW approved parts.In an event where u are not happy with something they are willing to fix it until u are satisfied.In terms of price I can say you can't drive an expensive car and not have an insurance on it and expect to pay quality job cheaply. No!
