The LaundroMutt Dog Grooming Parlour

Please reconsider taking your pet here , it's very sad to bring a business down , but my fur baby comes first ...the service I received at Laundromutt was very sad and unprofessional, I had a booking for 11am however I kept going in to ask them are they done after 1hr they kept telling me almost done ... after 3 hours 30mins I went back and then told me again almost done i then said can I have a look at my dog because this is very long for grooming and they brought her out with her nose (jaw) and mouth tied up my God my heart broke ...my pomeranian was not breathing correctly for 3hours I was so heartbroken I told the lady Please can I just take my dog home , after 3 hours she was not cleaned, nails was not clipped , and no grooming was done ...worse of all her mouth was cut due to being tied and her tongue is cut as they used a piece of material to tie it , laundromat should be sued for Animal cruelty sorry to say but cameras inthere should be reviewed.

So happy with the experience we had at The Laundromutt Cradlestone. Everyone was super friendly and took amazing care of our maltese. Would definately recommend!

Very professional team, Have been taking my sons' s maltese to them for full grooming for a year now and we are so happy with the experience we had at The Laundromutt Cradlestone. Everyone is super friendly and always took amazing care of our maltese dog ❤️

Extremely unprofessional, took 3 hours and did not even have the tools to make the experience less stressful for my cat. Picked up 3 hours later and my cat was still wet! The grooming was to include ear cleaning and nail trimming, none of the above was done. My cat was shedding even worse after her bath. They also quoted me the highest price compared to other places. Very dissatisfied.

I'm so glad I found this superb grooming service. My girlie was so relaxed after her expert wash and groom. Highly recommended!

Excellent! Value for money. Loyalty card with 11th treatment for free. Gareth is Friendly, Professional and Efficient. Luka had her nails cut with her wash. Happiness all around.
