Good morning this is now i can't count anymore that i have mentioned to Priscilla that the account was paid to Eugene Marais Hospital your client and she still wasting your monies to phone 3 to 4 times per week.i have send an email to the accounts department to please pay you the monies.i would like to ask her not to bother me anymore as for the fees and costs are paid and that she must please follow up with her client who handed me over. i did mentioned it to her and she refuse to follow up with your client.if this matter is not resolved i will gladly open a harassment case against Colmed

0 Stars!This company is a SCAM. They will steal your money and ruin your life and never answer their phone or make proper contact.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY IF YOU LET THEM.If it's too late, contact the ombudsman and also start legal proceedings.

Unbelievably incompetent. I've settled my account almost instantly. Yet still get notifications even though I've sent them all the proofs and they've acknowledged. Not sure how it's possible for a company to survive with this level of incompetence.

0 star rating. I have sent 8 emails since the start of the year requesting financial updates on our practice account. No response. I also contacted Pieter Groenewald directly, still no response. It makes you wonder; what are they hiding?

0 Stars if I could. - Just and FYI - This company has liquidated without letting any of their clients know. I would recommend contacting the Dr offices that you owe funds to before you pay another installment

This is actually a no-star rating: Colmed was appointed as debt collectors for the private practice at the Emergency Rooms. For the last 4 months they have not made any payments to us - only empty promises. Senior management can't be reached.

This is a ZERO star review! They are unproffesional and their employees are very rude! Putting the phone down while you are still speaking to them! Sending Demand Letters for Accounts that has been settled in full 2 years ago, with proof from their client that the Account is clear and was settled! Trying their luck on cashing in! Pathetic!!!!!!

Took my money. Did not send regular statement as per South African law. Kept on taking money. Did not respond to emails. Telephone number does not work. Have being paying a account that has being paid of in July 2021.

My interactions with Marlize has been a nightmare. I am been in contact with her for while to try and sort out my mum's account. I made arrangements to pay off the account via a monthly debit and my debit orders was always paid. My account was still been charged with monthly costs and I queried with her on numerous occasions. She never comes back to me and doesn't even answer her calls.
