Bekker is the most wonderful school I've ever been in.The orientation is one of the bunch of memories one will remember about Grade 8. The day I had to leave the school was the most heartbreaking day of my life and it still is.Hoërskool Bekker made a great impact in my life.I miss Sir Van Schalkwyk and Ma'am Bronkhorst and all the other teachers who taught me

The young chap wearing a Springbok jersey at your stall at Rand Show was disappointing. He was not interested in answering any question relating to the school. He stated he did not know if the school has boarding facilities. There were life stock and poultry at the stall. He was unable to say if one can follow agriculture related subjects at Hoerskool Bekker.He is not doing justice to the good name of the school

My High school. It is the most beautiful school you'll ever see. On your way to the school you will feel as if you are on your way to a vacation resort, the school is surrounded with a mountain and trees. It is the only agricultural school in Gauteng and has a farm and hostel. The hostel is large and has a close knit community. The school offers a variety of sports, culture and agriculture activities and currently more are being added. The school offers a few basic grade 10 to 12 subjects but the most important ones are the agricultural subjects. If you enter this school from grade 9 you will have an agricultural subject in the place of arts and culture. Definitely check this school out for your child because this school with its teachers and diverse duel medium structure is the best place to become ready for the real world.

As a parent of 2 Bekker daughters, I can proudly say the Bekker is offering my kids the best experience I could hope for. Academics, culture, sports, agriculture and social life are balanced in this stunning natural environment.
