This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We found a house we liked, messaged the agent and phoned him about 5 times for a viewing with no response, we called the office and asked for a viewing which they once again did not get back to us, eventually we got a viewing. At the viewing we asked for the contract so we can sign for the place (this was a Friday) we did not recieve anything so eventually called the office on Monday and managed to get a contract. We followed up for 3 days after sending all the required docs but our calls where ignored and messages where not even read, only way to actually speak to someone is calling the office. After all of this we eventually get told that now the owner has found his own Tennants and their application has been approved today. We were told the application takes 1 day to be approved however we sent the application on Monday and only got feedback Thursday afternoon. I understand things happen and there are processes that need to be followed but the pure lack of communication and effort that was shown by this team is just shocking, and now we are stuck with limited days to try find a place.

Who is this agent that secured us units" because I was given a phone number and figured things out myself?Nothing in that response takes away from the poor level of customer service we recieved.Maybe find solutions for issues and aspire to create a more pleasant experience for your clients and not come up with paragraphs full of excuses that do nothing

Good service. Always willing to help and assist where possible. Our agent, Abdul, is probably one of the best there is and Megan in the office is always just a phone call away when we need assistance and she always assist without hesitation. Thank you guys. Liza and the whole team were the most professional and helpful in selling our home. From being on time, taking incredible property photos of our property for the listing to bringing in many potential buyers - Liza was absolutely fantastic! She always remained professional in every interaction and guided us through the whole process. Liza was available from start to closing, with open and honest communication throughout. Her recommendations on conveyancer was also top notch. We couldn’t have gone with a better team to sell our home.
