Completely inflexible about when they can come out to do inspections and repairs so if you both work full time there is no point in calling them. I found someone else in less than 5 minutes. I will never use them again

They don't exchange faulty products. It needs to be sorted by the manufacture, and good luck with that......Manufacture can take long to sort out issue.

Don’t bother-sure it’s convenient, but in case after case of comparing prices they are always more expensive. Staff have no customer service in mind at all-would rather have loud, delaying conversations across the store than actually get on with processing the payment. No advice, no help(had to ask repeatedly for them to be dragged away from a waitress from Fornos). Go elsewhere!

Great friendly service and knowledgeable crew makes this a pleasure. Certainly have improved from when I was last in there about 18 months ago . Well done on the improvement and friendly efficient service. Great to see and experience.

Paid a call out fee on the 03/1/23 was told that an employee would come out to assess the pool on the 09/1/23 ( six days wait). No-one pitched called Kassim this morning who said he would investigate and call me back - he did not bother. Just called and spoke to Kassim only to be told he was busy. Wish I could tell my clients that - I would end up with no business at all.Unacceptable Kassim I would like a refund and I will take my business elsewhere and remove me from your WA group - the messages are sickening.

Shocked at the arrogant sales person (Kassim) who helped" me. He rang up a flow control adapter by mistake which I paid for and then acted very frustrated when refunding me. He then refunded me in cash without asking if that is OK. I was not given a bag for the multiple items purchased (until I asked and waited) and then when I got home noticed that I was also not given a receipt. Will not return there despite it being very close to my home. Customers should be treated with dignity

They have increased prices substantially after lockdown.Their pricing on supplies is very close to pick pay , checkers etc(and that’s with my supposed discount).Once they start becoming more expensive or similar in pricing to the above I will stop shopping here!
