My husband just came from Steers Dobsonville to buy 6 Ribster burger meals and he was only given chips. When trying to call their number they pick up and continue with the chat at the background and don't respond to the call.

I placed an order through a phone call at 18:50 and I was promised that my order will be delivered, it's now 20:50 and the restaurant has closed but I never received my order. Poor service delivery

Hai streers Dobsonville is really failing us we it comes to there milkshakes,I have encountered this several time but thought it well it will get better next time.Today I even complained to the guy who was on the till before I ordered,only to find out that it is going to be the worse of worst milkshakes ever.I could have returned it was totally in a rush.there milkshakes are just milk and ice-cream poured in a milkshake cup sorry to say.they should really try to get a person who can and knows how to operate the drink mixer cause wow it's been three different guys but results are all bad..bad..bad

Ordered the mix it up sharing meal plus large cheesy chips on the side.The chips were not crispy(slap chips) not steers quality at all.The Burger patties were old and tasted old.we had to throw them away that's how bad these patties were.This was my first time at this Steers n certainly my last.

Poor ServiceI ordered food tellephonically from Steers Dobsonville. The food arrived at 20:59 while the slip shows that my order was processed at 19:50. The food was delivered very cold and the milkshake was watery, not in a good milkshake condition. No more steers for me and my family.

The worst restaurant ever, poor service, untrained staff, they sell burnt chickens. No customer service skills. I'll use some restaurants in future, with steers never and never again I shall find myself stepping my foot in.
