Linda is an excellent Pilates instructor. She has an extensive knowledge of how the human body works and is very insightful into the unique needs of her clients. As one of her older clients I feel very comfortable that she never pushes me beyond my capabilities, while still retaining my motivation. Pilates with Linda is a great journey for me. Thanks Linda!

Linda is is professional, very knowledgable and gives an incredible sports massage! Booking appointments with her is easy over Whatsapp, and she is always very prompt in her responses. Linda takes the time to understand your concerns / problem areas, and uses this engagement to determine where to focus during your massage. I highly recommend a massage with Linda to aid in recovery after big races!

I've been going to Linda for weekly pilates sessions for the past 2 and a half years and am very happy with the improvement in my flexibility, core and leg strength needed for running and cycling.
