Very disappointed in extremely bad service. I handed in my Celinni Luggage in at Paarl barksole over a month ago with clear instructions to have the lock and slider replaced, paid a deposit and also sent the photographs with clear instructions through to the person in charge of repairs. Was told it would take 2 weeks. After a month it was returned, with no lock nor slider repaired. My last time to use this company. Totally unreliable
