Checkers Brits Mall

One would think the bigger the better.I get good specials at convenience down the road.It is very nice, inside a mall with mall amenities, and big and quality is good.It seems a huge undertaking and time to shop large. You might need a team.Understand that this is my opinion only.

Really a nice shopping experience with a few little faults like some products always seemed to be sold out.Then mostly friendly staff but some of them will walk over you especially the Packers who stand the rows full and you can't get to a certain product because they busy.something should be done especially at the end of the month.

Great service especially the bakery. The hot food section serves a good cooked meal and the tills never have long queues

It was quite busy due to the Black Friday fever but fortunately there was enough staff to get the queues moving. This store is actually quite big with a lot of variety but I think a bit more square meters can do a lot of good so that the aisles don't feel congested, especially on big sale days. The groceries are always fresh and prices are fairly reasonable

I Had Great Shopping Here And Everything You Might Need Is There And The Workers There Are Really Friendly. Parking Is Not A Problem Because There's A Large Parking Area.

Management pls do tell your staff that it's ok to apologize and take responsibility when you have wronged someone instead of blame shifting because you are just too lazy, arrogant and proud at the same time.Yesterday I bought a clearly maked down item with a red sticker on. But my sister at the till decided she's just lazy and won't do the price overwrite and I will not notice. But when I was outside I returned to her and she couldn't care less and decided it's best she blames me for what she did. Saying i gave her the item facing a certain position. How? When I put very item from the trolley just down next to her as she scanned. None was given in the hand? And just pointed me to another till to go lineup for a refund request while she goes on while I waited and waited. . And still found no reason to apologize for all that. Sick customer service!

I bought a magnum and it was spoilet and I had already threw the slip away but they exchanged for me without any issues

Absolutely useless cashier! Couldn't even bother to assit with my new savings card, her only answers are I don't know and couldn't care to find out. Will not be spending my money here again!

Was not too pleased with the long queue at the express tills. It was moving rather slow for my liking. Otherwise the atmosphere inside is what we've come to expect of Checkers, really welcoming.
