Receiving repeat calls from this company. Despite being courteous to the agents - they simply kill" the call in your ear once they abandon making the sale. I would never use this company to market my product or to act on behalf of a corporate I work for - very poorly trained agents cause serious damage to reputation of the company they are acting on behalf of."

Cell direct stuffed up my order twice in a row on one packet, the worst service for a loyal Telkom customer that has various contracts. They say delivery is possible anywhere but then the courier decides to cancle or surcharge R800 to deliver. This is very bad and unexceptable.POOR service

Spam calls allday. Telkom mobile outsources their upgrades to these third party companies who then phones every single day until you upgrade. Im not interested in upgrading, so now I receive 4 phone calls a day on all my lines.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company has been harassing me since last year May. Everytime I pick up the phone all I hear is music. I have called back to ask for it to stop and the receptionist puts me through to a line that rings forever. I am so sick of receiving calls and voice mails that are just more music. I want to stop being harassed by this ridiculous farce of a company!

I had a contract directly with Telkom for 60gigs day/60gigs night data for r249pm. Sdm called offering unlimited data for r300, thinking its a good deal i took it after repeatedly asking if they are certain its unlimited. Today they called to rica my sim and inform me it is unlimited data but after 15gigs the mbps is reduced to 1.5. i was so livid because the agent never mentioned that. Looking for an email address to complain but cannot seem to find one

I've warned people working here to stop phoning me in regards with Telkom contracts, for which they phone me on daily basis. They just laugh me off. They harass my old mother that has terminal cancer 4-6 times a day as well as my dad.So i took the time to capture faces and number plates of people working here (entering and exiting the premises). I've traced pretty much all of them to social media profiles. They must be ready for what is coming their way.

Harassing old pensioners, lying to them about contracts just to make a sale. If they cant get hold of the pensioners they trying to scam, they phone their relatives constantly. Lying thieving company

I get calls from them several times per day. They will not stop harassing me to upgrade my Telkom contracts even though I have told them repeatedly I am not interested. The only way to escape them is to block their numbers.

A new sincard was delivered my place on Friday 2022.07.02.Monday I receive a call explaining the simcard will be registered .It's 24hours later and still the simcard is not registered and had no coverage.
