Great range of products. Service and systems outdated. If you are going to shop here bring lunch a pillow. You will wait on average over an hour till you leave. I would suggest if you are desperate to shop here, order a week before.

Watched this company go from one of the best to the worst over 10 years. Each time you think the service cant get much worse...then it does. Definitely give a miss, they will charge you what they think they can get away with charging you and not the best price. Unless you phone around for prices then you can't rely on them giving you a good deal.

Came all the way from Pietermaritzburg after having placed an order the day before and being told it was ready. Got there and was told it was ready and then still had to wait over an hour.

I waited to collect my stuff that I paid cash for nearly 2 hours, very disappointed with the service, not only me, 4 others had the same issue, and the despatched guy just closed the door on our face

How I wish one could leave a review in the form of a voice-note! Then I could fully share the anguish I felt in my recent encounter with Action Bolt. I walked into Action Bolt at approx 4.25pm. Reception told me flatly We are closed". I pleased that I just needed one length of thread bar

Very Poor service ..tried calling three times ..they just drop your calls ..went the the place some time ago and spent over an hour waiting to get served..my advice stay away and find another provider..you will live longer
