Staff have a lack of training here, we always have a problem with something even if it might be small, either they’ll ask for our receipts and then never get in back or they will ask if we are sitting in after we’ve ordered even though we clearly stated it in we ordered on their machines, if this is not bad enough, almost every-time we come here, they never have ice cream cones with flakes or their Kitkat sundaes even though they say they do on their machines.This KFC was my favourite KFC to order from but now it has just become a terrible mess, with staff which have no clue what they are doing.

We have tried to give this KFC branch a fair chance by visiting a few times, but tonight was the last time. If it's not lack of stock, it's the bad quality of the food. Their chips are awful, the chicken is either greasy or tasteless, the garnish is old. We will much rather drive to KFC Queenswood where we get great food and fast service every time. Just a shane as KFC Waverley is 2 minutes drive from our house.

This is defnitely the Best KFC in Pretoria. Fast friendly fresh staff and food is fresh. Clean and nice environment. Even the chicken tastes better than the rest. Must be the friendly staff preparing the food with a smile!!! Thank you guys. Awesome service and customer satisfaction!!!

Used the drive-thru. Was told to wait 6 min that turned into 25 min. Eventually got our order which was the wrong order. Realized that the order was for the car next to us. Went into the shop and asked for my order but was told that I have to give the food, which they gave to me, back then I can get my order. After some discussions" I left with my food. Not the first time and definitely not the last. When you bring a problem to their attention

Terrible service.....ask for drumsticks receives 1 in a family treat 8 piece. Ask for mash & gravy instead of coleslaw. What do we receive coleslaw. The mash & gravy is half the cup. This is not the first time they get the orders wrong its every bloody time. I feel they doing this on purpose. Kfc waverley wont see me ever again. Just terrible service.

Great to have a KFC in this area. Food and service were excellent. Fast and efficient. Enough parking. We prefer this KFC. Best KFC in the area.

Seriously the worst KFC. Used them a few times because of convenience. Never good, unfriendly staff and below par food. Tonight was the last straw. We could not eat half of order, from the burgers (4) to zinger wings and then the worst chips. How does a KFC stuff up all the food. Normally, it will be one of the items, but it seems that they are trying to be the worst ever.

They always get the orders mixed and asks for our slips and don’t give it back. They advertise their ice cream cones with the flake but always out of stock and same with their kitkat swirl and never do anything about it. They very arrogant as well.
