Unprofessional. No understanding of customer requirements, nor of customer service. Two Fishes took a 50% deposit, provided a first conceptual first draft in a document format with no final usable deliverables and then a few weeks later demanded final payment without completing the work, after having been repeatedly told to wait for client management feedback. When the client requested a delay, Two Fishes decided to terminate the relationship, without completing the work. We have subsequently found an alternative design house who actually understands our requirements and values us as a client-first, not agency-first.
