Made an enquiry as to the cost and whether they cleaned suede jackets

My son visited this store and asked the owner if they are capable of dry cleaning expensive suits from Dubai, for which the response was that this is a DRY CLEANING store that deals with many expensive suits daily and not a LAUNDROMAT.My son then left one suit and two trousers there.Two days later, the suit and one trouser was ok. The second trouser was totally messed and smothered by what appears to be the melting of the rubber waist band on the trouser. The trouser looks as it was put in a washer with old tissue paper. The rubber residual is now stuck in thousands of pieces that does not come off.We whatsapped the owners son - and as they always do on these forums - they communicate as if they will investigate and revert. More than a month has passed and no reply.Please do not bother replying on Google reviews. You have already done the damage.I hope people read this and can be aware of the risk in leaving expensive garments in your care"."

Shoe repair appears to have been well done. However sales lady insisted I pay twice as she did not mark my first payment on the slip as paid. Obviously because I paid cash.

I have never experienced such outstanding service as I did from The Cleaning Brothers in Sunnyridge. Ronaldo was absolutely amazing. We had a bit of a hiccup with the carpet cleaner we rented over the long weekend. Ronaldo was prompt in replacing the machine regardless it being a long weekend and in his family time. Sheets should be the easiest task for your kind of business. I will not take a chance again on your services.By the stains and dirt on the sheets, it seems like you use dirty equipment.Your staff need more training.
