Salt Rock Beach
One of our favourite beaches is easily accessible, safe and clean. Also has a great tidal pool and rocks where kids can explore. There is a coffee shop near the parking but in general, it's just a great beach to visit

Amazing stretch of beach yes a touch of trash but good . Picked up litter where possible so did a part of the clean up now it’s up to you !No ablutions available, some evidence of old boardwalks but all good.

Beach is open for swimming and fun. It is currently awesome. It is looking better now, but the lagoon needs a good cleanBut it is still a great place to relax and soak up the sun.Coffee shop and take away provide excellent sustenance.Needs better advertising, though.

Salt Rock Beach
Great beach for the family and small children. It's well maintained and there is not too much litter. The path to the beach is tarred and seems to have been repaired. The lifeguards are friendly, vigilant and on duty for the most part. It is a very long beach, with great views and has two tidal pools. There are bathrooms and showers. It feels safe but the water is a bit rough. It is still great for swimming and bodyboarding. I recommend this beach.

Good weather. Impressed at the cleanliness of the beach itself. Toilet facilities need attention and constant supervision. The lifeguards were tentative, and watchful.the swimming conditions were good, and thoroughly enjoyed the day at the beach.

A fantastic beach. Restrooms and lifeguards make it a pleasure to enjoy the beach. I liked the tidal pool. Might be a bit of a problem to find parking in busy times but I think it's sufficient in out of season times.

Salt Rock Beach
Beautiful beach with 2 tidal pools - perfect for kids and snorkeling with some fish and a few corals to see. Ocean isn't too rough with areas ideal for bodyboarding and swimming.Shops in the area (Checkers, Clicks, Spar, etc) with a handful of restaurants, bars and a nice icecream shop called Holy Cow (at Tiffany's shopping centre)Most of the area is quite hilly therefore keep it in mind if you are not physically able to navigate a few ups and downs.

Salt Rock Beach
A really great clean beach. No plastic. The surf is great and there are lifeguards. The beach didn't get overly busy so it was quite pleasant. You have the usual icecream sellers strolling on the beach which helps. I suggest taking a cooler box.
