CTM Boksburg

I like the new layout of the store, they have modern tiles and taps. Only one negative thing to say which has nothing to do with the store but it gets really irritating with people outside stuffing their business cards into your face.

Today.....22nd January....we visited CTM Boksburg. Wow....the place looks great and when we were told what they are planning with this huge building....makes us excited to visit more often.....as that is going to be fantastic.We were met by Monica. What a super person. She assisted us with such a great attitude and knowledge of all the products. Once we paid, she grabbed a trolley and ran to the back and got the stuff we bought. She even took the trolley and pushed it to my car. What customer service is this? Well....THAT is customer service from all angles. Well done Monica. You were truly a super star today. Wish we had more places like this with people like this. Look after her please. She is worth gold

All hugs and handshakes, and happy to take your money on the outside, but excuses and explanations with no apologies for non-delivery per arrangement, and not even a token gesture (like one free little packet of plastic tile spacers maybe?) or 'Sorry but' for the inconvenience, let alone reimbursement of two lost days delay and thousands of ZAR's to professional tilers for sitting on their bums, waiting and waiting...No
