The workers at totalsports baywest really need attitude checks. Didn't greet, say hi or make me feel welcome. Nothing gets done about it so it continues. One person in that whole store actually treated me fairly well. This is a issue on your stores I've noticed, what happened to workers actually greeting customers when entering stores. Yesterday your workers saw me standing there, but none came to offer assistance. Until I called one girl and she looked sour so I stopped and called some else.

Clean and the staff are friendly, but not pushy. I don't mind if employees greet me or not, as long as they are available when needed, which they are.
