Clicks Pharmacy Village View

They are the worst..at the pharmacy they help all the prescription first even though we have been waiting for long for self medication..the ticket system should be helping in number order..now they say you have you wait 15 minutes for their system to come back online and they are blaming loadshedding..which is ridiculous as even with loadshedding this has never happened at any other store befor

9 out 10 times the prices scanned incorrectly at Clicks Village view. Promotions are never loaded correctly.Never had this issue with Woolworths. Their prices and discounts are spot on.Check your receipt with every purchase at Clicks.

Phone never gets answered no matter what department is phoned. Staff are not very friendly and unhelpful.Poor overall service, it is extremely disappointing.

Way too expensive! you're better off shopping at Dischem Bedford Center.

Today was the last time I will put a foot into Clicks Village View!! I walked around looking for a lady to assist me in the Cosmetic section as I could not find what I was looking for. After 5 minutes somebody came along and said she would look for the lady who works in the cosmetic section. I waited almost another 10 minutes. Eventually a lady came dawdling along as though it was an effort to pick up her feet! She did not even greet me, no smile on her face, or even ask if she could help me! I told her I was looking for a Medium Brown Eyebrow Pencil and asked her to please help me find one. Well, she started looking through the BLACK pencils. I looked at her and said but those are black. She went to the next section and slowly looked around and gave me a very dark brown pencil. I told her not to bother looking any further and told her that she was useless! In actual fact, there was not 1 assistant around the whole section on the left hand side as you walk in!!!!! You have to walk around the store to look for somebody and I find this totally unacceptable! Cheerio Clicks Village View!!!

I CALLED TO ORDER MEDICATION. THE LADY I SPEAK TO TELLS ME THAT MY SCRIPT EXPIRED LAST MONTH. I ASK WHY NO-ONE TOLD ME, AS HAS ALWAYS HAPPENED IN THE PAST (I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY MEDS AT VILLAGE VIEW FOR YEARS). LEBOGANG" TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD KNOW THAT SCRIPTS ARE ONLY VALID FOR 6 MONTHS

Poorly stocked pharmacy. Have turned away twice due to not having appropriate dose of prescribed medication

Today was the second time I’ve shopped here and my debit card doesn’t want to work on their card machine, the first time the power went off as my card went through. I was phoned half an hour later to say I had to come back and pay again as their machine had reversed the transaction. Today it was not accepting either my debit or credit card, I had to go to another till and get my purchases re-rung up, but they said I couldn’t use my clicks points on the second ring up! Seriously Clicks Bedfordview, bad service and systems!

Better put a half days leave in just to collect your prescription. Terrible continious service. The branch is also known for only opening much later then 9am, especially on weekends.
